We accept M-PESA Paybill (Business No: 247247, Account: 0791488835), cash at our Nairobi CBD store, and bank card. For Lipa Pole Pole phones, payment is handled directly by MKOPA or SunKing via their own M-PESA systems.

Yes — all phones carry a full 1-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty card is included inside the sealed box. For warranty claims, you go directly to the brand's authorised service centre in Nairobi (Samsung at Anniversary Towers, Tecno/Infinix at Transsion House, etc.).
Dial *#06# to get your IMEI number, then check it on the manufacturer's website or the KEBS Kenya device registry. Every genuine phone's IMEI will match the box and the settings. We're happy to walk you through this on WhatsApp after purchase.
Yes, we stock genuine iPhones. You can verify any iPhone by checking Settings → General → About and confirming the model and serial number on Apple's coverage checker (checkcoverage.apple.com). All our iPhones are factory unlocked and come with the original box.
No. We only sell brand-new sealed phones. If you're specifically looking for a refurbished device, we'd rather tell you that upfront than sell you something mislabelled.

Yes! Both MKOPA and SunKing allow early buyout at any time. WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through the process — it usually takes one M-PESA payment to clear the remaining balance.
The phone may temporarily lock if payments are missed for several days. It unlocks again automatically as soon as you make a payment. There are no penalties for occasional missed days — just resume your payments when you can.
No formal credit check. You need a valid national ID, a Safaricom M-PESA line, and the deposit amount. That's it. Both MKOPA and SunKing are designed for everyday Kenyans.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects: screen issues not caused by a drop, battery defects, hardware failures under normal use, and defective speakers, cameras, or charging ports. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage from unauthorised repairs.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if the phone arrives defective, is the wrong model, or is dead on arrival, report it within 24 hours via WhatsApp and we'll arrange an exchange or full refund — no questions asked.
